Diamond Shine is 15ml Tack Free top coat.  The name says it all.  It has a brillian shine!  The viscosity is thickest of all our top coats, but flows on beautifully. 
 
Always float the topcoat and use a liner brush down the middle to direction the flow of product.  This will create a perfect picture every time.   1 min cure time using a LED lamp.
